COVID-19 Update

Please note, Diabetes Education Programs are open and accepting referrals. Most programs are seeing people in person, but may offer virtual appointments, either electronically or by telephone.  If you would like to speak to a diabetes educator, or receive some education, please click the self-referral form in the box below.

If you are experiencing symptoms or have been in close contact with someone who has it, please use this self-assessment to help determine how to seek further care. Click here for our COVID-19 Timely Topic information page.

If you have diabetes (Type 1 or 2), you are considered part of the "high-risk chronic conditions group".  It is very important for you to get the Covid vaccine.  For more information on when and where to schedule a vaccine, please click here.

We hope this website will also help to offer you guidance in managing your diabetes during this time. Stay well.
