COVID-19 Update

Please note, due to the rapidly changing environment caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, Diabetes Education Programs are closed but are prepared to manage Urgent referrals and address any other concerns by telephone.  If you are experiencing symptoms or have been in close contact with someone who has it, please use this self-assessment to help determine how to seek further care.

We hope this website will also help to offer you guidance in managing your diabetes during this time. Thank you for your understanding.
